Summary

Official Details
In 1863, amidst a period of intense social turmoil, samurai from diverse backgrounds converge on Kyoto seeking to join the Mibu-Roshi, a warrior collective bound by unwavering loyalty to the Shogunate. This group would eventually evolve into one of the most renowned movements in Japanese history: the Shinsengumi. Into this volatile environment enters Kamiya Seizaburo, an inexperienced but fervent young aspirant determined to support the Mibu-Roshi’s cause and avenge the unjust murder of their family. Okita Soji, one of the unit’s most talented yet impulsive swordsmen, agrees to mentor Seizaburo. However, unbeknownst to anyone, including Soji himself, Seizaburo is actually a girl named Tominaga Sei living in disguise.
