Innocent Venus

In the year 2010, a simultaneous outbreak of hyper hurricanes across the globe brought unprecedented devastation. Five billion lives were lost, reducing the world's population to a mere three billion. Existing economies and military forces collapsed entirely. Continents were entombed beneath sheets of ice, while plains vanished beneath the sea—the very face of the earth was irrevocably transformed. Human civilization descended into an age of chaos. Outside the few remaining economic strongholds, poverty thrived and slums proliferated. The ruling elite, who called themselves Logos, maintained their dominance through military might. They branded the destitute masses as Revenus, exiling them beyond the borders of the special economic zones. Years later, two men—Katsuragi Jo and Tsurasawa Jin—fled from Phantom, an enforcement unit tasked with monitoring the Revenus and quelling dissent within Logos. In their escape, they took with them a mysterious girl named Nobuto Sana. Many factions now seek her, each driven by their own hidden motives.
