Palepoli

Palepoli transcends the conventional framework of four-panel manga, reimagining its structural possibilities from the ground up. When Furuya first began the series, he had no knowledge of traditional manga styles or techniques, which led him to produce work that bore little resemblance to any contemporary manga. Furuya himself has stated that he approaches both subject matter and methodology with clear, calculated intent—a level of deliberateness rarely seen among manga artists.
