Violence Jack: Hell's Wind-hen

In the aftermath of the Great Kanto Hell Earthquake, the survivors banded together to build a new settlement, which they named Hope Town. Their fragile peace, however, shatters when the town is overrun by the brutal motorcycle gang known as Hell's Wind. The marauders abduct the women, leaving the remaining residents utterly defenseless. Amid the chaos, a boy named Subaro crosses paths with Jun, a young woman whose lover was killed by the gang. United by loss and a shared resolve, the two join forces to resist their oppressors. As the battles grow increasingly desperate, the tide begins to turn with the sudden arrival of the enigmatic Violence Jack, whose fearsome power offers the citizens a glimmer of hope against their tormentors.
