During a childhood accident in kindergarten, a young boy suffered catastrophic damage to his arm, which doctors miraculously managed to save. Years later, the limb begins to manifest inexplicable phenomena, revealing itself to be far more than an ordinary body part. As its true nature emerges, a clandestine organization targets him, seeking to seize both the boy and the extraordinary power concealed within his arm.
