Princess Knight

Set against a medieval fairy-tale backdrop, Princess Knight follows the journey of young Princess Sapphire, who must disguise herself as a male prince to secure her right to the throne in a kingdom where women are barred from succession. This deception begins at birth, when her father, the King, falsely announces that his newborn is a boy rather than a girl. His drastic measure is driven by the need to thwart Duke Duralumon, the next in line for the crown, whose tyrannical nature threatens to oppress the populace should he ever ascend to power.
