Code Geass Lelouch of the Rebellion R2

A year has passed since the Tokyo Showdown. Lelouch, a Britannian boy, now leads an ordinary student life in District 11, formerly known as Japan. During a trip with his younger brother Rollo, however, he encounters remnants of the Black Knights. When he once again forms a contract with a girl named C.C., long-buried memories resurface before him. As a prince of the empire, Lelouch once used GEASS, the power of absolute obedience, to lead the Black Knights in declaring war on Britannia, seeking to create a world where all people are equal and where his sister Nunnally could live happily. Donning a mask and taking the name ZERO, he was defeated by his friend Suzaku in the Tokyo Decisive Battle, and the emperor erased his memory. Now, with his memory restored, Lelouch faces not only the empire’s formidable military strength, but also the false brother Rollo, the missing Nunnally, the Chinese Alliance whose loyalties remain unclear, and a Black Knights faction divided from within. Beset by troubles both internal and external, Lelouch sets out once more on the path of a lonely king, cursed by the power of GEASS.
