Rurouni Kenshin

Rurouni Kenshin Rurouni Kenshin is a wandering swordsman with a dubious past and a cheerful demeanor. He is not a traditional ronin, but a rurouni - a masterless assassin of exceptional skill who served during the Meiji Restoration. In a pivotal moment during the war, he abruptly abandoned his life as an assassin. His travels eventually lead him to Tokyo in the 11th year of the Meiji era, where he forms a bond with a female kendo master, a former thief, a brawler, and a doctor, each of whom harbors their own secrets. Together, they confront the enemies from Kenshin's troubled past that continue to resurface.
