Summary

Official Details
Recorder to Randoseru is a four-panel manga built on a delightfully topsy-turvy premise: a pair of siblings whose outward appearances are the exact opposite of their true ages. Atsushi Miyagawa is only eleven years old, yet he stands an imposing 180 centimeters tall and carries the build of a fully grown adult. Because of his striking physique, he has spent his young life stumbling into trouble after trouble—even though, in every other way, he acts exactly like the ordinary child he is. His seventeen-year-old older sister, Atsumi, is his complete mirror image. Barely 137 centimeters tall, with a small, childlike frame, she could easily be mistaken for a little girl. Appearances aside, however, Atsumi is a devoted older sibling who lovingly watches over her towering younger brother and takes excellent care of him. The series' charm flows naturally from this reversed dynamic: an enormous boy who is still a kid at heart, and a petite teenage girl who shoulders the role of caretaker despite her unassuming size. Through short, punchy four-panel episodes, the manga turns the mundane moments of daily life into warm, character-driven comedy about the gap between how people look and who they truly are.
