Ishuzoku Tsuihou KonCafe

Yoshida Yoshio is an ordinary office worker with an extraordinary hobby—spending his free time visiting the city's many concept cafes. Having frequented countless themed establishments over the years, he considers himself a seasoned connoisseur of the scene, so when rumors begin circulating about a newly opened con cafe nearby with a strangely peculiar atmosphere, his curiosity is instantly piqued. Unable to resist the intrigue, Yoshida makes his way to the mysterious shop. There he meets three young women unlike any cafe staff he has ever encountered—each one endearingly quirky yet completely unmotivated, drifting through their shifts with a listlessness that defies every standard of the service industry. Behind their odd personalities, however, lies a backstory far stranger than anything Yoshida could have imagined. As it turns out, these three lackadaisical employees are not simply playing dress-up. They are genuine demons, dwarves, and elves—real beings from another world, now working behind the counter of an ordinary concept cafe. How such fantastical creatures came together under one roof is a mystery Yoshida is only beginning to uncover, and it promises to make his visits anything but routine.
