SHIORI EXPERIENCE: Jimi na Watashi to Hen na Ojisan

Shiori once played guitar in her high school light music club, but her first live performance never came to be. Her brother fled the family home, burdened by substantial debt, to chase a career as a musician in Tokyo. That abrupt departure shattered her chance to perform and set her life on a different course. A decade later, Shiori is a high school teacher trapped in a dull, uneventful routine. Now 27, she spends her days repaying the debt tied to her brother’s departure, her musical past seemingly buried for good. Everything changes when she crosses paths with the ghost of a famous guitarist—Jim, the one everyone knows. This strange encounter pulls Shiori back toward music and begins the story of a 27-year-old woman on her way to becoming a music legend.
