Amidst the chaos, siblings Kiyoko and Tatsuya encounter mysterious men with extraordinary powers, who claim to have the ability to restore balance to the world. Yet, these powerful beings are bound by factional allegiances, raising questions about their true intentions: are they saviors, or harbingers of destruction?
