Outaishihi no Haitoku no Koi

Cecil's life ended in heartbreak and regret. Her fiancé cast her aside to marry a nobleman's daughter, and at just eighteen years old, she succumbed to a mere cold. As she drew her final breath, she made a vow: next time, she would live entirely on her own terms. Five hundred years have since passed. Reborn as a commoner girl named Liz, she carries the full memories of her previous life, along with a strange and mysterious power that aids her along the way. Her quiet existence is upended, however, when she is discovered and chosen as a candidate for sainthood. Then, standing before her once more, appears the very man who betrayed her in her past life. Without magic, without noble blood, and armed only with sheer determination, Liz refuses to be a victim twice. Whatever trials this second life may bring, she intends to face them all—and live it exactly as she pleases!
