Joyful Cumpany

From a young age, In-Seong has been haunted by a peculiar, inexplicable phenomenon: his very presence seems to ignite conflict among the girls around him. Unwilling spectators to a constant swirl of jealousy and rivalry, these confrontations have followed him through every stage of his life, leaving him weary of the chaos his existence unwittingly generates. Determined to escape this exhausting cycle, he makes a calculated decision for his professional future, seeking refuge in a workplace he believes will be overwhelmingly male-dominated—a sanctuary where his troublesome affliction can finally lie dormant. However, reality has a cruel sense of humor. In-Seong steps through the doors of his new company only to discover that he has walked straight into the lion's den: an organization composed almost entirely of women. Far from the quiet, uneventful career he envisioned, he is immediately thrust into an unexpected and daunting role—tasked with overseeing the health, morale, and overall well-being of his numerous female colleagues. Now, the very curse he sought to escape has become the central challenge of his professional life, forcing him to navigate delicate interpersonal dynamics and his own fraught history, all while trying to keep the workplace—and himself—from descending into further turmoil.
