Pieta to Transi

For Pieta, life is a quiet, unremarkable procession of school bells and passing days—until the arrival of Transi. The new transfer student is brilliant, sharp-eyed, and impossibly composed, yet she carries a secret that defies reason: a bizarre constitution that seems to summon death wherever she goes. Murders erupt in her wake with chilling regularity, transforming the halls of their high school and the surrounding city into a landscape of suspicion and tragedy. But Transi is no passive victim of her curse; she is also a detective, methodically untangling each bloody knot with a cold precision that fascinates and unsettles those around her. Drawn by an inexplicable magnetism, Pieta finds herself falling in love with the enigmatic girl. Ignoring the growing body count and the warnings whispered by terrified classmates, she volunteers as Transi's assistant, stepping into a world of forensic clues and shadowy motives. As the deaths multiply, each case more twisted than the last, a singular anomaly emerges: Pieta, the person closest to Transi, remains inexplicably untouched. Whether this defiance of fate is a miracle or a grim omen, neither girl can say. Yet in the face of a universe that seems hell-bent on decay, Pieta and Transi refuse to surrender to despair. Together, they cling to each other and to the fragile, defiant act of living fully—even as the world around them crumbles into violence and silence.
