Samugari ni Yuki

On the surface, it’s just another college campus—but for one perpetually shivering young man, every hallway is a wind tunnel and every winter breeze an act of aggression. Handsome yet hopelessly accident-prone, he endures the seasons wrapped in layers, yet no amount of wool can fend off the chill that seems to follow him everywhere. His salvation arrives in the most unexpected form: a classmate whose demeanor is as icy as her skin is scorching. Reserved, aloof, and seemingly unapproachable, she radiates an inner heat that defies all logic—a living furnace hidden behind a frosty glare. What begins as a desperate bid for warmth soon spirals into a delightfully absurd campus comedy. The boy’s clumsy overtures—tripping into her personal space, inventing flimsy excuses for contact, or simply hovering nearby like a frozen ghost—are met with deadpan resistance, yet her body temperature betrays her cool front every time. Their peculiar dynamic transforms ordinary lecture halls and school courtyards into stages for surreal, heat-seeking misadventures. As he schemes for just a few seconds of her radiant warmth, she endures his fumbling persistence with an exasperated sigh, sparking a bizarre tug-of-war between personal boundaries and biological necessity. In this topsy-turvy world, the coldest personality might just be the hottest thing around—and keeping warm has never been so complicated.
