Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo! Yorimichi!

Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo! Yorimichi! gathers together eight brand-new short stories penned by series author Akatsuki Natsume. Rather than pushing the main storyline forward, this collection invites readers to stray from the beaten path, savoring the smaller detours and quiet interludes that unfold between the grand, and often disastrous, quests of the main saga. Set in the same fantastical world where a shut-in gamer found himself reborn after an embarrassingly premature death, the stories follow Kazuma and his thoroughly dysfunctional party. There is Aqua, the self-styled goddess whose divine gifts seem to lean more toward tears and mounting debt than true miracles; Megumin, the arch wizard who has devoted her talents entirely to a single, spectacular Explosion spell; and Darkness, the noble crusader whose unshakable resolve on the battlefield is matched only by her questionable eccentricities. True to form, their days together are a cascade of bickering, half-baked schemes, and misunderstandings that never quite go according to plan. Warm, witty, and brimming with the franchise's signature comedic energy, Yorimichi gives fans the chance to linger a little longer in a world they love, where the everyday chaos of decidedly unordinary adventurers is entertainment enough.
