Mayonaka Punch centers on Masaki, a member of the NewTuber group Harakiri Sisters. After a certain incident, Masaki is fired from the group. Seeking a comeback, she meets Live. Although the two girls have different goals, their paths converge, and they decide to work together. Together, Masaki and Live launch a high-tension comeback effort.
