Anyone capable of manifesting a miracle is designated as a Himiko, but only those who earn full certification are legally permitted to bear the title of god. For high school student Nagi, this regulatory framework is far more than abstract policy—it is an urgent personal crisis. Following the passing of her grandmother, her family’s shrine has been left entirely devoid of the divine presence required to sustain it. Her brother, a certified Himiko, offers no hope; he is a hopeless shut-in with no intention of stepping up to fulfill his duties. Desperate to restore the shrine's lost divinity, Nagi embarks on a determined search to find a legitimate god willing to take her family's mantle. However, navigating the world of licensed deities and supernatural politics proves far more perilous than she anticipated. As Nagi presses forward in her quest to save her family's legacy, she risks uncovering forces and complications far beyond what she ever bargained for.
