Reflecting on his long history with Yotsugi Ononoki, Koyomi Araragi finds himself unexpectedly drawn into a harrowing new crisis. He receives an urgent plea from Iezumi, an associate professor of linguistics, who begs him to rescue her child from her own abusive hands. This desperate request stems from a misguided recommendation by Sodachi Oikura, who apparently described Koyomi as an expert in dealing with child abuse. Despite the absurdity of the title, Koyomi cannot ignore the gravity of the situation and immediately rushes toward the professor's apartment, eager to intervene at the scene of the abuse.
