Kazuhiro Uchida is transferred to a rescue centre located in a small town, where he is training to become a fighter pilot. Initially, he harbors a negative view of his new occupation, influenced by the difficult missions and harsh discipline imposed by his seniors. However, as he progresses through his training, Kazuhiro comes to accept the job for what it is and eventually becomes a dedicated member of the rescue force.
