In the year 2041 AD, a mysterious new enemy known as Zeravire suddenly appears in the solar system, destroying all military installations in its path. However, a wealthy and enigmatic figure named Klein Sandman had been secretly preparing his army for battle, holding a trump card in the form of Gravion, a massive robot that harnesses gravity as its source of energy. A young man named Eiji, driven by the disappearance of his sister, infiltrates Sandman's base in search of answers, where he meets Toga and four other individuals, all of whom will soon find themselves fighting together aboard the super robot, Gravion, to defend against the Zeravire threat.
