Tantei Gishiki

In the year 2290, Tokyo's landscape has been transformed, with a powerful detective association, backed by the state, now responsible for resolving complex crimes, relegating the police to a secondary role. However, a new generation of detectives with extraordinary abilities has emerged, threatening the association's supremacy. Against this backdrop, the "detective ritual" is convened – a clandestine initiation ceremony for the Order of Gentlemen Detectives – which takes place on a mystical island that appears only on select days. The detective ritual is a pivotal event in the world of Tantei Gishiki, where young men with exceptional abilities are inducted into the prestigious Order of Gentlemen Detectives. These individuals possess supernatural powers that enable them to solve crimes with unparalleled efficiency. As they undergo rigorous training and face various challenges, they must also confront the dark underbelly of their world, where corruption and deceit lurk in the shadows. The stakes are high, and the pressure to perform is immense, as these young men strive to prove themselves worthy of the Order's esteemed legacy. The tension between the detective association and the new generation of detectives with supernatural powers creates a volatile climate, where allegiances are tested, and the very fabric of their society is strained. As the detective ritual unfolds, the participants are pushed to their limits, and the true extent of their abilities is revealed. Will the next generation of detectives be able to live up to the expectations of the Order, or will they succumb to the pressures of their extraordinary world?
