NINKU

In a world where the Ninku, a clan of extinct ninjas, were once a formidable force that nearly annihilated the Imperial Army, the tide of history was turned against them through propaganda and manipulation. After the war, the Imperial Army established itself as the defender of the people, while the Ninku were demonized as the villains who started the war. A young boy named Fusuke, who appears to be a child but is actually the former captain of the first Ninku division, sets out on a journey to find his mother, taken from him during the war. Along the way, he meets Aicho and Touji, both former Ninku captains, and together they fight against the Imperial Army's attempts to eliminate the last remaining Ninku. As the Ninku's powerful techniques are coveted by other groups, Fusuke and his fellow Ninku must defend themselves against those who seek to exploit their abilities and finish off the Ninku clan.
