Trinity Blood

In a post-apocalyptic world ravaged by war, humanity faces a new threat: vampires. The two dominant factions, the New Human Empire aligned with the vampire Methuselah and the Vatican Papal State comprising humans known as Terrans, have been engaged in an uneasy stalemate. As tensions simmer, extremist groups like the Rosenkreuz Order seek to ignite a war, despite efforts to maintain a fragile peace. To counter the growing threat of terrorist organizations, the Vatican has established the AX unit, a special task force tasked with investigating and containing vampire-related disturbances. Led by Cardinal Caterina Sforza, the AX unit is comprised of skilled agents, including priest Abel Nightroad, a gentle-hearted yet fierce vampire slayer, and agent Sister Esther Blanchett, a brave and troubled young nun with a dark past. As they navigate their mission, they begin to uncover sinister plots and forces working in the shadows, forcing them to confront their troubled pasts and the uncertain future ahead.
