Mobile Suit Gundam Seed** In the midst of the war between the Naturals (Earth Alliance) and Coordinators (ZAFT), a unit from ZAFT is dispatched to hijack the Earth Alliance's newly developed mobile suits on the neutral colony of Heliopolis. Against this backdrop, a young civilian Coordinator named Kira Yamato attends the technical college on Heliopolis, where he becomes embroiled in the conflict. When ZAFT hijacks four of the five mobile suits, Kira is forced to pilot the last one, Strike, in order to save his own life and that of his friend. As Kira gains control of Strike, he joins the Earth Alliance, boarding the ship Archangel in order to protect his friends while grappling with the consequences of becoming the enemy of his childhood friend and people.
