20001 An Earth Odyssey

Captain Kepo leads a small, dedicated crew on an ambitious expedition to a distant, unfamiliar world. Accompanying him are Alcia, a sharp and inquisitive agent driven by intellectual curiosity, and Rigel, a naive junior teammate experiencing the wonders of deep-space exploration for the first time. Together, these three extraterrestrial travelers touch down on a planet steeped in silence, ready to uncover the secrets buried within its landscapes. Their primary mission is to explore and decipher the mysterious remnants left behind by a highly intelligent species that once dominated this world. Though this advanced civilization has long since vanished, its ruins still stand as testaments to a forgotten era of greatness. The crew must piece together the history of these departed beings, navigating the challenges of understanding a culture entirely alien to their own. In a striking revelation that recontextualizes their entire journey, the enigmatic planet serving as the backdrop for this cosmic archaeological endeavor is none other than Earth.
