A Hundred Scenes of AWAJIMA

Among them is Wakana, whose boundless passion for musical theater fuels her every effort, and Kinue, who pursues her craft through quiet, unwavering discipline. Each student carries her own distinct drive, yet all are bound by the intense pressures of an environment where only the most dedicated can truly shine. The arrival of Emi, a talented scholarship student, shifts the delicate balance within the school as she quickly captures the attention of everyone around her. Her presence resonates most deeply with Keiko, who finds herself caught in a complex emotional struggle between genuine admiration and painful comparison. As these young performers navigate their daily routines, their lives become intricately linked through shifting perspectives and evolving relationships. Together, their intertwined journeys form a compelling exploration of ambition, the fragile nature of friendship, and the difficult path toward self-discovery in the demanding world of theatrical performance.
