Harmony of Mille-Feuille

Uta Komaki is a first-year high school student burdened by numerous insecurities, yet she possesses one undeniable passion: singing. Hoping to experience a typical adolescence and make a fresh start, she sets her sights on joining the light music club as her grand introduction to high school life. However, her deeply timid nature gets the better of her, leading to a crushing failure that shatters her hopes for an ordinary youth. Left in despair over her inability to fit in, Uta unexpectedly stumbles upon a captivating form of musical expression created entirely by the human voice—a cappella. Through this discovery, she encounters a group of girls who share her struggles. Together, they form a unique bond, weaving their flawed and imperfect experiences into something beautiful using nothing but their harmonized voices. Their journey proves that even without shining brightly in the conventional sense, their shared connection through song defines a genuine and meaningful youth.
