A Girl & Her Guard Dog

Isaku has always longed for an ordinary life, but her family background makes that dream nearly impossible to achieve. As the granddaughter of a powerful yakuza boss, she has spent years struggling to form genuine friendships or experience romance. The weight of her family's criminal reputation constantly overshadows her daily interactions, leaving her isolated and yearning for a sense of normalcy that always seems just out of reach. Determined to change her circumstances, Isaku makes a bold decision. She enrolls in a high school located far from her hometown, hoping that physical distance will finally grant her the fresh start she desperately needs. Away from the watchful eyes of her family's associates, she begins to envision a future where she is defined by her own choices rather than her lineage. However, her carefully laid plans are quickly disrupted when Keiya, a devoted member of the yakuza who deeply worries about her safety, decides to take matters into his own hands. Unwilling to leave her unprotected in an unfamiliar environment, he enrolls as a student at the exact same high school. His unexpected presence threatens to unravel Isaku's attempt at anonymity, forcing her to navigate the challenges of adolescence while managing the complications of having a loyal bodyguard posing as her classmate.
