Tang Dynasty: Slacking off in the Imperial Kitchen, exposed by Si Zi

In the Tang Dynasty, Su Mu, a transmigrated soul, seeks a low-key existence as a woodcutter in the imperial kitchen, having grown tired of being the head chef of state banquets in his previous life. However, he soon discovers that he's bound to the "Food God System," which rewards him with divine blessings for secretly preparing delicious dishes during working hours. As he indulges in cooking, a cute little ox named Si Zi is drawn to the aromatic delights, and Su Mu finds himself feeding the creature. When Si Zi brings back the "divine food" to Emperor Li Shimin, the emperor is shocked by its exceptional taste and orders the imperial kitchen staff to find the culinary master responsible. Su Mu attempts to deny his involvement, but Si Zi's curiosity and enthusiasm lead to a series of events that may uncover his true identity as a culinary prodigy.
