Detective Conan: The Bride of Halloween

Set against the vibrant and chaotic backdrop of Shibuya during Halloween, Detective Conan: The Bride of Halloween opens with a seemingly joyous occasion inside the towering Shibuya Hikarie building. A wedding ceremony is underway, with Miwako Sato standing elegantly in her bridal gown. However, the celebration is abruptly shattered when an armed intruder storms into the venue. In a desperate bid to shield Miwako from harm, Wataru Takagi throws himself into danger and sustains serious injuries, turning what was meant to be a day of happiness into a scene of panic and violence. This sudden attack proves to be far more than an isolated incident. At the exact same time, a notorious serial bomber manages to escape custody. This is the very same criminal responsible for a devastating bombing case three years earlier—a tragedy that claimed the life of Jinpei Matsuda, the man Miwako once deeply loved. As these two alarming events unfold simultaneously on the crowded streets of Shibuya, a chilling question emerges. The timing of the wedding disruption and the fugitive's breakout seems too perfectly orchestrated to be accidental, leaving investigators to determine whether this terrifying convergence is truly just a coincidence or part of a much darker design.
