Future Card Buddyfight

In a world where humanity coexists alongside creatures from the parallel dimension of Shinkinkai, a competitive phenomenon known as Buddyfight shapes society. This extraordinary game pairs selected human players, called Buddyfighters, with powerful monsters from Shinkinkai to engage in intense battles against rival duos. Far more than mere entertainment, these clashes carry immense weight, occasionally influencing the very fate of nations. Amid this backdrop, Gaō Mikado is a sixth-grade student at Aibo Academy's elementary division who harbors a deep ambition to become a Buddyfighter and earn a monster partner of his own. Gaō's destiny shifts when he intervenes to protect a young boy being harassed by delinquents, relying on his mastery of Aiki-jujutsu to resolve the conflict. His courageous display does not go unnoticed. Drum Bunker Dragon, a formidable monster and the son of Dragon World's greatest hero, witnesses Gaō's selfless actions. Recognizing true potential in the young martial artist, Drum Bunker Dragon chooses him, forging a pact that transforms Gaō's long-held dream into reality and sets the stage for their future battles together.
