Taimanin Asagi: Toraware no Niku Ningyou

Set in a near-future Japan, the world has been quietly reshaped by an enduring and dangerous threat. Demonic forces have long lingered at the edges of human civilization, casting a persistent shadow over society. For generations, an unspoken boundary kept these two factions apart, with humans and demons carefully avoiding one another to maintain a fragile coexistence. However, that delicate balance is now on the verge of shattering completely, threatening to plunge both sides into unprecedented conflict. In response to this escalating crisis, a specialized unit of shinobi has been assembled and rigorously trained to confront the demonic menace head-on. These elite operatives serve as humanity’s primary defense against supernatural incursions, dedicating themselves to neutralizing threats that ordinary forces cannot handle. Yet, as tensions rise and the ancient separation between species begins to collapse, even these highly skilled warriors face a daunting new reality. The longstanding belief that humans and demons could simply remain isolated from one another is about to be irrevocably destroyed, forcing the shinobi into a desperate struggle for survival.
