PSYCHO-PASS 3: First Inspector

In the year 2120, Tokyo operates under the absolute authority of the Sibyl System, a pervasive network that dictates societal order. Within this tightly controlled metropolis, Inspectors Arata Shindo and Kei Mikhail Ignatov serve together in Criminal Investigation Department Unit One. Despite their shared duty to uphold the law, the two investigators find themselves increasingly at odds, locked in a profound ideological conflict over the true nature of justice and the reality hidden beneath their world’s seemingly perfect surface. The fragile balance of their partnership is pushed to the breaking point when Koichi Azusawa, the calculating mastermind orchestrating a series of devastating crimes, escalates his campaign by targeting the very institution sworn to stop him. Azusawa launches a direct and unprecedented assault on the Public Safety Bureau Building, plunging CID Unit One into a state of extreme peril unlike anything they have previously faced. Trapped within the besieged headquarters, Arata and Kei must confront a harrowing crisis that threatens not only their lives but also the foundational loyalties binding them together, forcing both inspectors to navigate a deadly trial where trust and conviction are their most critical weapons.
