The Ghost's Nocturne

As the son of King Yeom-ra, ruler of the underworld, Jae-shin has spent his existence indulging in a life of pure hedonism. Surrounded by an endless rotation of lovers and fueled by a deep-seated disdain for humanity, he views mortals as nothing more than fleeting amusements. However, his reckless behavior eventually pushes him past an unforgivable boundary, prompting his father to impose a highly unconventional punishment upon him. Stripped of his divine privileges, Jae-shin is cursed with a bizarre dual existence. During the daylight hours, he is reduced to a powerless puppy, entirely at the mercy of the world around him. Only when night falls does he regain a semblance of agency, transforming into a human form. The sole condition for breaking this curse is deceptively simple yet agonizingly difficult: he must genuinely win a human’s heart. His task becomes infinitely more complicated when he sets his sights on Lee Nok, a remarkably gentle and sweet-natured prince. Conquering the affections of such a pure-hearted mortal challenges everything Jae-shin believes about humans and himself. As their paths intertwine beneath the cover of darkness, a lingering question emerges—will the arrogant prince of the underworld s쳮d in capturing Lee Nok’s heart, or will he find his own unexpectedly surrendered first?
