Airi Hirakawa is a successful model featured in a popular women's magazine, living what appears to be a glamorous public life. However, her world shatters when she suddenly loses consciousness outside her own home and is abducted by an unknown man. She awakens to a horrifying reality, finding herself trapped inside a filthy room littered with garbage, entirely cut off from the outside world. Her captor reveals himself to be Hirokazu Imai, a man who has been obsessively stalking her. In this squalid confinement, he forces his twisted affections upon her, proposing a deranged relationship that Airi has no power to refuse. Stripped of her freedom and basic human dignity, she is subjected to relentless sexual violence on a daily basis. Her existence is reduced to absolute dependence, as she is forbidden from eating or even using the restroom without his direct control and permission.
