Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha

Nanoha Takamachi, a third-grade girl, rescues an injured ferret who turns out to be Yuuno Scrya, a mage from another world, who has lost the 21 Jewel Seeds. He enlists her help in retrieving the seeds, and gifts her the magical wand Raising Heart, teaching her how to become a powerful mage. With her newfound abilities, Nanoha embarks on a quest to collect the seeds alongside Yuuno. However, their mission is soon complicated by the arrival of Fate Testarossa, a strong and skilled mage who is also after the seeds, but her motivations remain unclear.
