Watashitachi no Futekisetsu na Kankei

Machimiya and Nanao share a deep, undeniable affection for one another. Their feelings are entirely mutual, rooted in genuine emotion rather than fleeting infatuation. However, their romance exists under the heavy shadow of societal judgment, complicated by a significant nine-year age gap that places them on vastly different stages of life. What they experience as true love is viewed by the outside world as something far more questionable, forcing both individuals to navigate their connection with extreme caution. Because their bond defies conventional expectations, Machimiya and Nanao cannot simply enjoy their relationship openly. Instead, they must constantly monitor their behavior, carefully concealing their feelings from friends, colleagues, and anyone who might scrutinize their closeness. Every shared glance and private moment carries the risk of exposure, transforming what should be a joyful romance into an exercise in vigilance. They are determined to protect what they have built together, yet the burden of secrecy weighs heavily upon them both. Living a double life demands relentless effort and emotional endurance. As they strive to keep their so-called inappropriate relationship hidden from prying eyes, Machimiya and Nanao must confront the exhausting reality of loving someone in silence. Their story explores the tension between authentic devotion and the rigid boundaries imposed by society, questioning whether a love kept entirely in the shadows can truly survive the strain of perpetual concealment.
