Oyasumi, Namida-kun

Achiba is a highly capable salaryman known for his exceptional professional skills, but beneath his polished exterior lies a deeply buried vulnerability. Ever since a traumatic incident in his past warped his emotional state, he has been completely unable to shed tears. That changes abruptly when he unexpectedly reunites at work with Sanami, a former classmate he barely knew during their high school years. From the very moment they cross paths again, Achiba finds himself weeping uncontrollably, as if a dam within him has finally broken. No matter the time or place, simply being near Sanami causes Achiba’s long-suppressed tears to flow freely. Rather than offering straightforward comfort, Sanami approaches the situation with a carefree and teasing demeanor, making advances that blur the line between playful provocation and genuine seduction. He confidently reminds Achiba that he is the only person in front of whom these tears can fall, claiming to cherish that crying face above all else. As their interactions deepen, the walls Achiba built around himself begin to crumble. Slowly but surely, alongside every tear he sheds, both his guarded heart and his physical resolve start to melt under Sanami’s persistent affection.
