Relic Rules: Redemption through Adaptation

In the present world, numerous relic rules exist as supernatural entities born from humanity's excessive self-absorption, paranoia, and regretful death. Anxiety, obsession, and regret are the sole sources of these paranormal beings. These relic rules do not slay humans, but instead consume individuals who exhaust themselves, desperately strive for results, and have a profound fixation. The more one strives, becomes consumed, and seeks results, the more likely they are to be assimilated and transformed into part of the anomaly. The protagonist counters this apocalyptic system by mastering the art of absolute passivity, slacking off, and tactical adaptation to safely pacify each horror simulation.
