Shi-Won's love life has just taken another devastating blow: her fourth boyfriend has walked out on her, leaving her confidence in tatters. Work offers no refuge either. Day after day, she endures the cold, nitpicking scrutiny of her manager, Mr. Moon—a man whose emotionless exterior never cracks and whose criticisms never let up. With heartbreak on one side and workplace humiliation on the other, her pride has all but crumbled. Then comes a night out with her co-workers, a few drinks too many, and one fateful slip of the tongue. Setting out with nothing more than an apology in mind, Shi-Won instead finds herself drunkenly venting at Mr. Moon—until the confrontation spirals into an unguarded confession of her feelings and a blurted invitation to go on a date. The real shock, however, is his reply: against every expectation, Mr. Moon accepts. What began as a mortifying drunken misstep now sets the stage for something neither of them saw coming—a secret office romance, quietly ignited.
