Summary

Official Details
As a high school student, I came across a small paperback in the hospital one day. The title read *Disease Coexistence Journal*—a secret diary kept by my classmate, Sakura Yamauchi. Within its pages, she had recorded the truth: her pancreatic illness meant her remaining days were finite. Through that chance discovery, I shifted from being just another classmate to the sole keeper of her hidden reality. Despite being her complete opposite, I found myself drawn to her. Yet even as she grappled with her failing health, the world dealt her an equally unyielding cruelty.
