The Tunnel to Summer, the Exit of Goodbyes

Kaoru Touno has heard the legend of the Urashima Tunnel, a place said to defy the laws of space and time. It is rumored that anyone who passes through will be granted their deepest desire, but only at the cost of years from their own life. One night, Kaoru stumbles upon a tunnel matching this eerie description and immediately thinks of Karen, the sister he lost in an accident five years ago. His solitary discovery is interrupted when Anzu Hanashiro, a new transfer student, reveals she has been following him. She offers to help him investigate the tunnel’s mysteries, but her assistance comes with its own hidden agenda. As they delve deeper into the unknown, Kaoru must confront what Anzu truly wants from him and consider how much of himself will remain once the tunnel exacts its price.
