Katainaka no Ossan, Kensei ni Naru Gaiden - Ryuu Souken no Kiseki

Having honed her swordsmanship to a razor's edge under the legendary Beryl Gardinant in his secluded countryside dojo, Surena Lysrandra steps boldly into the wider world to carve her own legend as a professional adventurer. What begins as a solitary journey swiftly transforms into a meteoric ascent through the guild's rigorous ranks, driven by an unyielding resolve to honor the grueling lessons of her master. Her prowess becomes undeniable, propelling her toward the guild's mythical summit: the Blank Rank, a title reserved for a mere handful of individuals across the entire continent whose abilities transcend mortal comprehension. Yet even as her star blazes across the adventuring world, a poignant request from Logan—a grizzled veteran whose own glory days have long since faded—steers her path in an unexpected direction. This errand brings her face-to-face with Nell, a wide-eyed young girl harboring dreams of following in Surena’s footsteps. In Nell's earnest aspirations and untapped potential, Surena glimpses a reflection of her own beginning, awakening a sense of mentorship and purpose she never anticipated. This fateful convergence is the crucible in which her limits are redefined, pushing her beyond mere rank and reputation into uncharted territory. This is not simply a chronicle of power and prestige, but an intimate saga of legacy, inheritance, and the bonds forged across generations. As Surena charts her course toward the absolute apex, she discovers that the truest measure of a master lies not in the strength she wields, but in the indelible example she leaves for those who will one day follow.
