Boku wa Imouto ni Koi wo Suru: Secret Sweethearts

Yori and his twin sister, Iku, were once inseparable during their childhood, sharing a bond that seemed unbreakable. Recently, however, Yori’s behavior has shifted dramatically. He now actively avoids her, creating a painful distance between them. While Iku fears that her brother has grown to resent her, the reality behind his sudden coldness is far more complicated and forbidden. Yori harbors intense romantic feelings for his younger sister, an emotion so consuming that he is willing to jeopardize everything in his life just to be with her. Terrified of losing him entirely, Iku resolves to do whatever it takes to preserve their relationship and keep them together. Yet, her devotion only deepens Yori's frustration. He does not desire her affection as a dutiful sibling; he wants her to see him as something more. The central conflict lies in whether Iku can ever shift her perspective, looking past their familial ties to love Yori not as her brother, but as a man.
