When a temporary worker joins a new company, he discovers it was founded by an eighteen-year-old girl with no family to support her. As the young president, she constantly forces herself to appear strong and capable, masking her vulnerability behind a facade of authority. However, the mounting pressures of running a business eventually break through her defenses, awakening a deep, unspoken desire for comfort and affection. Unable to resist the temptation, the protagonist crosses a professional boundary with her, despite already living with his girlfriend. Guilt initially weighs on him, but his domestic life offers little solace. His girlfriend is the complete opposite of the young executive—she is careless, extravagant, and spends her nights partying. She leaves all the household chores to him on his days off and frequently abandons their plans altogether. In stark contrast, the president becomes his sole source of emotional refuge during those exhausting days. She embraces him tenderly, confessing her wish to stay by his side forever. Gradually, the rigid corporate hierarchy dissolves entirely; the woman holding him is no longer his boss, but simply Hina, an eighteen-year-old girl who has captured his heart.
