Mado no Tsubaki: Hogosha datta Hazu no Watashi wa Ima Tonari no Ko to Sukebe ni Karada wo Kasaneatte Iru

Eighteen-year-old Yuto lives right next door to Tsubaki Mizuno, a married woman whose house is so close that they frequently converse through their adjoining windows. To Tsubaki, he is nothing more than the boy from next door, but Yuto harbors a secret fixation on her voluptuous figure. His restraint finally shatters one day when she appears in revealing clothing. Caught off guard by his arousal, Tsubaki nonetheless gives in to the moment, rationalizing her actions as a single lapse in judgment. However, the memory of that encounter leaves Yuto consumed by desire, unable to stop thinking about her. The tension escalates when Yuto overhears Tsubaki moaning through the walls late at night. The following day, he capitalizes on her lingering guilt over their previous indiscretion, forcefully kissing her and crossing the final boundary between them. Though Tsubaki repeatedly insists it will only happen this once, she finds herself powerless against her growing attraction. Instead of acting as the protective older neighbor she was meant to be, she becomes increasingly entangled with the young man next door, unable to forget the intense feelings his body awakens within her.
