Tokyo 24th Ward

Situated within the waters of Tokyo Bay, the 24th Ward is a sprawling artificial island that serves as home to three lifelong companions. Shuuta, Ran, and Kouki shared an unbreakable bond forged during their childhood, navigating the unique landscape of their district together. However, a tragic and fatal incident abruptly shattered their close-knit circle, forever altering the trajectory of their lives and driving them apart in the wake of profound loss. A full year passes before the three friends find themselves standing face-to-face once more. Their unexpected reunion is immediately interrupted by a startling event: a mysterious phone call reaches them simultaneously. The voice on the other end of the line belongs to someone deeply familiar, yet it originates from a friend who was presumed dead following the tragedy that fractured their group. This impossible communication forces Shuuta, Ran, and Kouki to set aside the grief and distance that have separated them over the past twelve months. Bound together by this inexplicable message, the trio must unite their efforts to confront an emerging crisis and protect the man-made island they call home from impending danger.
