Anata wo Hitokoto de Arawashite Kudasai" no Shitsumon ga Nigate da.

Set within a visionary smart city conceptualized by Kyocera, this ONA explores a near-future environment where advanced technology ensures that every resident can live in complete comfort and safety. Against this backdrop of seamless innovation, the story turns its focus toward the very human anxieties experienced by job seekers navigating their professional futures. The setting serves as a striking contrast between the boundless possibilities of a technologically perfected society and the deeply personal uncertainties faced by those trying to find their place within it. The narrative's central theme is rooted in a shared dilemma that connects both the corporation and the candidates. On one hand, there is the daunting challenge of distilling Kyocera’s vast and multifaceted business operations into a single defining word. On the other hand, job seekers grapple with the familiar pressure of interviews, specifically the notoriously difficult question: "If you had to describe yourself in one word, what would it be?" By intertwining these two perspectives, the anime cleverly captures the universal struggle of self-expression, highlighting how both a global enterprise and an individual applicant face the same vexing demand for absolute simplicity in a complex world.
